EASY SEAL Reifenreparatursystem
Die EASY SEAL Reperatursysteme wurde von der Merx GmbH, einem Schweizer Hightech-Unternehmen aus dem Berner Seeland, mit der Unterstützung durch die Wirtschaftsförderung des Kantons Bern und der Stiftung für Technologie und Innovation der Berner Fachhochschule für Technik und Informatik (BFH-TI) entwickelt.
Die Weiterentwicklung zum heutigen Cleantech Produkt, mit dem nachwachsenden Rohstoff Miscanthus, erfolgte durch die Unterstützung zahlreicher Firmen aus dem Berner Seeland und der Schweiz; Ueli Freudiger Lohnunternehmung, Frike Aerosol AG, Nimoulda AG, Merx GmbH und nicht zuletzt durch die Aktionäre der EASY SEAL Miscanthus Technologie AG.
Die Produktion und Vermarktung erfolgt seit 2017 durch die Merx GmbH, Kallnach
EASY SEAL tire repair system
The EASY SEAL tire repair systems were developed by Merx GmbH, a Swiss high-tech company from the Bernese Seeland, with the support of the Economic Development of the Canton of Bern and the Foundation for Technology and Innovation of the Bern University of Applied Sciences for Technology and Computer Science (BFH-TI) developed.
The further development to the today’s Cleantech product, with the renewable raw material Miscanthus, took place by the support of numerous companies from the Bernese Seeland and Switzerland; Ueli Freudiger Lohnunternehmung, Frike Aerosol AG, Nimoulda AG, Merx GmbH and not least through the shareholders of EASY SEAL Miscanthus Technologie AG.

INNOVATION
Der Innovationsprozess bei Easy Seal® – Technologie hat ein einzigartiges Produkt hervorgebracht. Die Easy Seal® – Technologie ermöglicht als Weltneuheit, die Befüllung und Reparatur von Fahrzeugreifen mit einem biologischen, auf Pflanzenfasern basierenden Dichtmittel über ein einzigartiges Spraydosensystem. Das Reifenreparatursystem ist ökologisch, sauber, schnell und zeichnet sich durch seine hohe Zuverlässigkeit aus. Die Easy Seal® – Technologie ist bereits entwickelt und hat in verschiedenen Tests (TCS Testsieger) seine Leistungsfähigkeit bewiesen. Damit weist das Produkt alle Voraussetzungen auf, welche für eine erfolgreiche Vermarktung in der internationalen Automobilindustrie nötig sind.
Die Easy Seal® – Technologie ist auch im Bereich „Cleantech“ führend. So werden wichtige Komponenten der Easy Seal® – Technologie aus nachwachsendem Rohstoff aus dem Berner Seeland gefertigt.
INNOVATION
The innovation process in Easy Seal® technology has produced a unique product. Easy Seal® technology is a world first to enable the filling and repair of vehicle tires with a biological, vegetable fiber-based sealant through a unique spray can system. The tire repair system is ecological, clean, fast and is characterized by its high reliability. The Easy Seal® technology has already been developed and has proven its performance in various tests (TCS test winner). Thus, the product has all the conditions that are necessary for successful marketing in the international automotive industry.
Easy Seal® technology is also a leader in cleantech. For example, important components of the Easy Seal® technology are produced from renewable resources from the Bernese Seeland.
